　Where can you download the free trial?

If you want to try IQChinese Run, Quiz or Reader , please go to the IQChinese website to download it. The free trial will expire in 14 days.

　How do you install IQChinese Run, Quiz or Reader? If system is suitable for software

Please switch to the Administrator to start the installation.
1. Double click on the disc's setup.exe file.
2. Proceed with the installation until the last step.
3. Click Finish to exit the installation.

　　Registration Problems

　How do I register?  If system is suitable for software

If the user has not registered yet, every time you use the program, the registration box will pop up. As long as you register online, you can use it regularly.

　　Product Key Problems

　What happened if I lost the product key?   

If the user has already registered before, you can go to http://www.iqchinese.com/ and search for it by entering the e-mail you registered with. If the search was successful, the system will automatically send you an e-mail.

If the user did not register before and deleted the program, then IQChinese cannot give you a new product key.

　I cannot find the Product Key, what should I do?

　　System- Related Problems

 　My computer is Windows XP (or Window 98,2000,2003…)，can I install IQChinese Run?

Presently, the system required is Win 2000/XP/2003, Asia language support package need to be pre-installed. There's no program for systems other than Windows.
