Return Merchandise Authorization
 
     
 

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
 
All products to be returned must be received within 14 days once the RMA# is issued. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to IQChinese. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, IQChinese's Return Procedure will be breached and IQChinese will reject the entire return or may choose to apply additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
 
 No Returns or Exchanges
 We cannot accept certain return items as follows:
 • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the invoicing date.
 • Any CD, DVD or software that has been opened (taken out of its seal wrap).
 • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
 
All defective products will be accepted directly by IQChinese for credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. (We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 14 days)

We will fully refund you for any Non-Defective unopened item for any reason (shipping not included), excluding the merchandise mentioned above. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10 days after we receive the product you are returning.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
