Limited Warranty
IQChinese warrants to the original purchaser only, the CD-ROM or disk(s) on which the Software program is recorded to be free from defects in material and faulty workmanship under normal use for period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If during this period a defect in a CD-ROM or disk(s) should occur, the CD-ROM or disk(s) and proof of purchase must be returned and IQChinese will replace the CD-ROM or disk(s) without charge to you. No refund if the seal of the package is broken.
Except for the express warranty of the original CD-ROM or Disk(s) set forth above, this software is provided “as-is”, and IQChinese grants no other warranties express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the software, the CD-ROM or disk(s) and related materials, their fitness for any purpose, their quality, their merchantability, or otherwise. The liability of IQChinese under the warranty set forth above shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. In no event shall IQChinese be liable for any special, consequential, or other damages under any breach of warranty, breach of contract or ANY OTHER EQUITABLE OR LEGAL CLAIMS.
